50-minute Individual Session: $175

90-minute Intensive or EMDR Intensive: $350

120-minute Intensive or EMDR Intensive: $450

To book your standard 50 minute session you can view my calendar and schedule directly by selecting the ‘Schedule Now’ tab. You will be directed to the platform Tava Health, which I utilize for billing. You can enter your insurance information directly here.

To schedule an intensive session you can either call, text, email or complete the contact form. We can discuss which option is best for you.

A therapy intensive is like a Disney Fast Pass - you get a VIP experience, skipping the lines of traditional therapy waitlists, and accelerating your healing. I will work to get you in my schedule ASAP.
